For both Canadian and UK customers, all applicable duties and tax are collected by Clove at the time of purchase. Rates for taxes and duties are set by the respective governmental systems and are based on a variety of factors, including the value of the goods and shipping, and the country of manufacture.

Canada Tax and Duties Refunds

As a Canadian customer, you are eligible to reclaim the Canadian import duties and sales tax (GST/PST) for returned items through Canada's Casual Refund Program. See the article “How do I Return my Clove Order?” for more information. 

UK VAT Refunds

• Orders valued below £135 (including the cost of shipping): VAT refunds are processed automatically upon successful return of your items

• Orders valued above £135 (including the cost of shipping): VAT is nonrefundable
