What happens if I return an order where points were redeemed? Do I lose the points?Updated a year ago

If you return your entire purchase, the points you used on that order will be returned to your account within 1-2 business days from the day you receive your refund confirmation email. 

If you return a portion of your purchase, points are relinquished and will not be returned to your account.
