I returned a different company's product to Clove.Updated 3 months ago

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of incoming and outgoing shipments, our warehouse team is unable to repackage and resend incorrectly returned items. When non-Clove products are identified by our returns team, they are immediately discarded, as safety policies do not permit us to store miscellaneous goods.

If you realize that this has occurred, we would advise getting in touch with the mail carrier immediately to request that the package is returned to sender.
