My tracking link shows delivered, but I can't locate It. What do I do?Updated 5 months ago

This can happen! Don’t worry - we’re here to help! If your tracking link has been marked as delivered, but you can't find it:

• Do a quick search around the property. Sometimes, the carrier will attempt to hide your package to avoid theft. Check behind bushes, at back doors, and under patio furniture. 
• Check with your neighbors to see if they received your package
• Check in with any front offices or mail rooms associated with your residence.
• Wait 2 days. At times, carriers may mark packages 'delivered' before they're actually dropped off. 

Please get in touch with our team if you have not located your package within 2 business days of the indicated delivery date.
