What are your processing / shipment timelines?Updated 2 months ago
Once your order is placed, your items will be reserved in our system! Your order will go through two phases prior to delivery:
- Warehouse order processing / fulfillment - the time it takes our team to prepare your order for shipment.
- Package shipment - the time it takes for the shipping carrier to deliver your order to you after it has been picked up from our warehouse
Order Processing / Fulfillment
Our warehouse business days are Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST, excluding holidays.

Package Shipment
These estimates do not include processing / fulfillment time. Purchasing expedited shipping at checkout does not increase the speed of warehouse fulfillment. It only increases the speed of carrier transit and delivery.
Carrier business days depend on the shipping service selected. Most expedited shipping services do not operate on the weekends or holidays.
U.S + Puerto Rico
- Standard U.S. shipping: As soon as 3-5 business days in transit (not including warehouse processing time)
- Ground Shipping: As soon as 2-3 business days in transit (not including warehouse processing time)
- 2 Business Day shipping: 2 business days in transit (not including warehouse processing time). Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- 1 Business Day shipping: 1 business day in transit (not including warehouse processing time). Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
International
International (non- US) orders are expected to arrive within 8-14 business days from the time the carrier picks up your order.
